Area: Business Real Estate & Commercial Mortgage Lending
Our client needed a Direct Marketing Product Manager to assist their Business Real Estate Marketing Manager. They needed a candidate with strong leadership skills, direct marketing strategy and implementation expertise and an extensive background in mortgage lending. The Mice Groups was able to find a candidate that not only filled this requirement but went on to excel in this role. We subsequently worked with this Product Manager to recruit a 4-person team of direct reports.

Area: Business Credit Card Services
In 2001 our client was looking for a talented marketing manager to construct a direct marketing campaign for their new business card product. They had an ideal candidate in mind: someone with a background in credit card services, someone who had created and executed direct-mail campaigns and someone with a demonstrated record of success in new customer acquisition. The candidate that the Mice Groups found had just finished a series of contracts, both at large Credit Card Services companies doing the exact same work. Our candidate ultimately stayed with this client for three years and in her time there launched a business card marketing initiative which has become the basis of this client's business card product offerings and marketing strategies.

Area: Risk Management
The expansion and contraction of departments are a fact of life for financial services companies. Over the course of the last 5 years we have worked with this client to find resources as they need them. Over the years we have placed 17 members of their Business Direct Risk team. This team is responsible for building, maintaining and updating their data infrastructure as well as supporting the constant reporting and analysis needs of the risk management group. We have been able to respond quickly to our client's requirements and get them skilled, qualified and motivated resources as the need arises.

Area: Product Management
Our client had lost the lead of an existing 100+ member team. They not only needed a replacement to manage this group, but wanted someone to come in and drive new product development. The Mice Groups worked with them to identify the specific qualities they were looking for in a candidate and found them a perfect match. This candidate not only meshed well with the team, but was a tremendous success at driving new product development. Over the last 3 years he has created a new overdraft and direct-deposit protection plan and implemented it across 9 banking regions in 23 states.
